How to Modify The Dark Age of Camelot Items

In the "Dark Age of Camelot" massively multiplayer online role-playing game, items are found as loot after defeating enemies and given to the player by non-playable characters. Once you have an item, you can use these NPCs to modify the item by enchanting it with a magic spell or increasing its durability. You can even destroy a weapon if you no longer want to use it, though this does not require the help of an NPC. Depending on how you want to modify the weapon, the steps to do so are slightly different.

Instructions

Increase Item's Durability

  Locate a Smith NPC in "Dark Age of Camelot." Smith NPCs come in all shapes, sizes and races, but are denoted by the text "<Smith>" that is displayed directly below their name.

  Click the "Inventory" icon in the status window to view all of the items you have in your inventory.

  Left-click on the item you want to increase the durability of and then left-click on the Smith NPC. The item's durability will now be increased.
Enchant an Item

  Locate an Enchanter NPC in "Dark Age of Camelot." Enchanter NPCs come in all shapes, sizes and races, but are denoted by the text "<Enchanter>" that is displayed directly below their name.

  Click the "Inventory" icon in the status window to view all of the items you have in your inventory.

  Left-click on the item you want to enchant and then left-click on the Enchanter NPC. The item will now be enchanted.
Destroy an Item

  Click the "Inventory" icon in the status window to view all of the items you have in your inventory.

  Right-click on the item that you want to destroy to select it.

  Press the "Shift" key and the "D" key simultaneously. The item will now be destroyed.
