How to Play As Chaos Marines in Dawn of War: Dark Crusade

"Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War: Dark Crusade," released for the PC in 2006, is a stand-alone expansion for the "Dawn of War" series. While "Dark Crusade" does not require previous games to run and offers all available races in single player and skirmish modes, only two races are available in multiplayer. Chaos, one of the original races from "Dawn of War," is a powerful face of demon-worshipping marines with the Chaos Marine being the backbone of its army. To play as Chaos in "Dark Crusade," you must have a copy of "Dawn of War" installed on your PC.

     Install a copy of "Dawn of War" or "Dawn of War: Gold Edition" onto your PC before installing "Dark Crusade."

     Install "Dark Crusade" once the "Dawn of War" installation has finished.

     Launch "Dark Crusade."

     Select "Multiplayer" from the main menu.

     Select a map to play on.

   • 6

     Click the "Race" button next to your name. Select "Chaos" from the drop-down menu to play as the Chaos race and their Chaos Marines.
