How to Get Free Actors for MyGameBuilder

MyGameBuilder is a free site for online gamers who want to do more than play games -- they want to create them, too. Geared for kids, but a site where adults can dabble in game creation as well, MyGameBuilder launched online in 2007. The site is an interactive one, complete with forums when you come across problems or if you want to share your work with others. Game builders create games with personalized characters and each actor you add is free, like the game itself.

  Visit MyGameBuilder to start your game experience where you can create games and add as many actors -- the characters in your game -- as you'd like. You can give each actor his own set of characteristics.

  Select a username and password for the site so your work will be saved and you can find it each time you visit the site. Provide your birth date and an email address.

  Go to the "Actor Maker" tab and "Click" it. You then have multiple options. You will first see the basic items related to the actor you can create. "Select" the "Player" button and choose the type of player you want. There are different types of players based on how you want that actor to interact with your game. You may create multiple actors.

  "Click" on the "Tile Maker" tab and create a tile linked to your actor. You must do this in order to complete your actor. When you login to your game, you can find your actors by clicking on the tile each actor is identified with in your project.
