How to Get the Graphics Enhancer for GTA IV

"Grand Theft Auto IV" is a highly rated game, but users have complained about the quality of the graphics. The size of the world of "GTA IV" makes it difficult to get a good frame rate at a high-detail levels, even for powerful computers. To help solve this problem a modification has been developed which improves the graphics by making them more efficient and detailed, allowing users to run the game at a higher frame rate.

     Install "GTA IV" on your PC using the disks or by downloading a copy from an online service such as Steam.

     Download the modification from GTA4-Mods.com. It is 2 to 3MB in size.

     Extract the .zip file to your desktop. Copy and paste all the files to your "GTA IV" folder. Click "Yes" If Windows asks you to replace the file.
