How to Install Zombie Riot CSS

"Counter Strike" is a first person shooter game. Players control a soldier as they attempt to fight off the enemy in a war. There are many mods that you can add to the game that change the game play or add new skins that change the looks of the characters. One of these mods is "Zombie Riot." This lets players create multi-player zombie hunting games. Players can set up zombie invasion waves, set zombie types, the zombie looks, change their speeds and their intelligence. Installing this mod is a simple process that most players should be able to handle.

  Download the Zombie Riot mod file from the Strategy Informer website. Save it to your desktop to make it easier to find.

  Click on the Zombie Riot zip file and select "unzip." Save the files to a folder on your desktop. Name the folder whatever you want.

  Open up the file where you unzipped your mod and click on the "install" executable file. Follow the on-screen directions to install the mod. Now you have to move the text file to the right folder to make the skins available.

  Find the Zombie Riot ".txt" file in the mod folder. Keep the mod folder open in its own window until you need it later.

  Select the "Start" menu at the bottom left of the screen and navigate to your "Computer" folder. Select the "C" drive and open up the "Steam" folder.

  Find the "steamapps" folder and open it up. Open the folder associated with your Steam account name and select the "counter-strike source" folder. Click the "cstrike" folder and then open the "resource" folder.

  Move the Zombie Riot ".txt" file to this folder to finish your installation.
