'Baldur's Gate 2' How to Get to Trademeet

"Baldur's Gate 2" is the 2000 follow-up to the Dungeons &Dragons-licensed "Baldur's Gate," developed by Bioware and released in 1998. It is considered one of the greatest computer role-playing games of all time, with a Metacritic score of 95 and more than 2 million copies sold. "Baldur's Gate 2" has an expansion pack, released in 2001, called "Throne of Bhaal." Much of the game takes place in the city of Baldur's Gate, which is largely open to roam freely to complete quests, find treasure and defeat enemies.

Instructions

  Enter the Crooked Crane Inn and make sure to complete the two quests within it. The first is on the top level, and involves your party reuniting two star-crossed lovers by mediating a conflict with their families. In the second, in the basement, there is a sarcophagus containing a lich that can easily destroy a weak, low-level party.

  Exit the back of the Inn and you'll be at the City Gates of Athkatla. Speak to the man standing here named Flydian the Minister. Accept his offer to help the city of Trademeet; he will mark the location of the city on your map.

  Open the map and click on the newly created icon for the city of Trademeet. Your party should rest before traveling, because you can be ambushed on the road, especially at night.
