How to Get 5 Stars on SimTower

"SimTower" is an administration and construction simulation PC game. This game allows players to plan, build and run a modern skyscraper that has multiple uses. As the owner, you must plan where all your facilities, such as restaurants, condominiums, offices and elevators, will go. In the beginning of the game, your tower will have a one-star rating. You will increase your tower's rating by attracting more tenants. Players can attract more tenants by providing move living space in your tower.

Instructions

- 1
  Build a lobby on the first floor of your one-star tower. Create an elevator and upgrade it, so it goes up to floor five. Build one office on each of the first four floors. Build condos on the fifth floor until you have a population of 250 people.

  Upgrade your elevator until it goes up to the 15th floor. Construct about four more elevators. Continue building condos and offices on each of the 15 floors. Get a population of 1,000 people and buy a security system to have a three-star tower.

  Make a lobby on Floor 15 of your tower. Build two or three express elevators on this floor. Create four more floors. On each of these floors, create an office. Make a lobby every 15 floors and four floors of offices after a lobby. Upgrade your express elevators, so they reach Basement Floor 4.

  Establish restaurants and movie theaters on Basement Floor 1, 2, 3 and 4. Create one medical center, a recycling center, a parking lot and a party hall. Make a hotel suite and hire housekeeping on a few floors. Build condos and offices to expand your population to 5,000 people to get your tower to four-star.

  Construct until you have 100 floors. Order your workers to create a metro station that reaches Floor 7. Fill your basement with as many movie theaters as you can. Use the funds from the movie theaters to create condos, lobbies, elevators and offices until you have a population of 10,000 people, which will make your tower five-star.
