How to Log a Ticket in MapleStory

"Maplestory" is an online multi-player role-playing game released in May 2005. Players who find their accounts banned from "Maplestory" appeals to the Nexon service team to have the ban removed. The Nexon team places a ban on any account abusing the user policy or disrespecting other players in the game as well. Logging in a ticket sends your ban appeal to the team and lift the ban from your "Maplestory" account.

Instructions

  Go to, Maplestory's website to check your account status. Type in your User ID and password in the appropriate boxes when prompted and click the "Submit" button.

  Click on "Account Information" to view the status of your account. Check to see if your ban is permanent or if there is a time limit ban on your account.

  Head to the Nexeon customer support page. Click on "Customer Support" under the "Support" tab This is found on the right side of the website.

  Find and click on the "Contact Us" to begin your ticket and ban appeal. Enter your user ID and password in the pop-up box. Click "Enter" to continue.

  Enter the appropriate information. Request an appeal to lift the ban on your account. Click on the "Submit Ticket" to send in your ban appeal and ticket.

  Wait for your ticket to get viewed by the support group. It can take up to several days or weeks to find out if your appeal was successful.
