Fun Polar Bear Games to Play in a Classroom

Many children find polar bears intriguing. When teaching your class about the large, fluffy mammals that can live in frigid cold temperatures, prepare a variety of games for them to play. Games give children a chance to have fun while learning about polar bears. Encourage the children to stay involved in the games by awarding polar bear-themed stickers and coloring books to game winners.
  1. Paper

    • Print out polar bear coloring pages, word searches, dot-to-dot puzzles and crossword puzzles from activity books or online sources. Have a coloring contest. Give the students a blank sheet of paper and a picture of a polar bear. Have them draw a freehand polar bear on the paper. Award prizes to the best, most creative and funniest drawings. For the puzzles, have a race to see who can finish first. The children can work either in teams or individually.
