How to Put Together an Eraser Cube

Erasers come in many shapes and sizes. But when it come down to it, erasers only have a single use: erasing. This was true until the eraser puzzle cube came along. Six erasers -- yellow, blue, pink, purple, green and red -- are shaped like jigsaw pieces. It's your job to put the pieces together to form a cube and solve the puzzle.

Instructions

    • 1

Fit the green piece into the bottom of the yellow H-shaped piece with the extra horizontal line on the bottom of the left side. The side of the green piece with two connector parts sticking out should be on the same side as the extra line on the H-shaped piece.

    • 2

Twist the connection so the pieces are on a 90 degree angle to one another.

    • 3

Fit the purple piece so that the long side fits against the left side of the H-piece, and the connector part slots into the green piece.

    • 4

Put the construction down on the table so the purple side is lying on the table and the green side is at the back.

    • 5

Connect the red piece to the green piece on the opposite side to the purple section. Do this on a 90 degree angle, so that a box begins to form. There should be a square gap between the red piece and the yellow H-piece.

    • 6

Flip the construction around so that the green piece is now on the bottom.

    • 7

Fit the small connector on the pink piece, which is directly opposite the largest section of the piece, into the gap in the yellow piece. If you have done this correctly then the pink piece will also slot into the purple piece and red piece. You may need the apply force to attach the pieces together in this step.

    • 8

Turn the construction over so that the yellow H-piece is now on the bottom.

    • 9

Fit the blue piece into the only remaining gap in the cube. If you've done it right, the piece will fit perfectly into the gaps on the green, pink, red and purple pieces. Apply a little pressure to help the connector pieces slot together.
