Spiderman Games for Kids Under 5

Whether you are throwing a Spider-Man-themed birthday party or social gathering for children who love Spider-Man, plan some entertaining games to keep the little ones busy and prevent boredom. Children aged 5 and under who enjoy the web-slinging superhero will enjoy participating in Spider-Man games and activities. Encourage them to do their best by awarding Spider-Man temporary tattoos, sticker and toys to the game winners.
  1. Spider-Man Bingo

    • Print bingo cards with pictures of Spider-Man characters from the movies and comic books. Print the same pictures on small slips of paper and place them in a bowl. Give each player a bingo card and a bowl of plastic spiders to use as bingo markers. Pull pictures out of the bowl one at a time and show them to the children. They will mark their bingo cards accordingly. The first player to get a row vertically, diagonally or horizontally wins the game. For added fun, have the children shout, "Spider-Man!" instead of "Bingo!"

    Spider-Man Scavenger Hunt

    • Use plastic Spider-Man ring cake toppers to hide all over the play area. Give each child a plastic bag to put the rings he finds in. The player who finds the most rings wins a prize. All the children can keep the rings they find to take home. For a variation, add plastic toy spiders and small plastic Spider-Man toys to the hidden objects.

    Spider-Man Catch

    • Spray paint plastic spiders with red and blue paint. Let the spiders dry overnight. Hang a large fake spider web on the wall and mark a standing line 5 feet from the wall. Tell the children to line up at the line and give each child five plastic spiders. The children have to try to toss the spiders into the spider web. Award a small prize to the children for each spider that sticks in the web.

    Web-Slinging Prizes

    • Attach a Spider-Man prize to the end of pieces of yarn (one prize for each player). Make each piece of yarn 20 to 30 feet long. Hide the prizes around the play area. Hide all the excess yarn around the play area. Make the yarn go under tables and chairs. Each child must find the end of a piece of yarn and follow it to his Spider-Man prize.

    Spider-Man's Prize Walk

    • Draw or print pictures of Spider-Man and other characters from the movie. Write numbers on the pictures and scatter the pictures on the ground. Write the same numbers on small slips of paper and place them in a bowl. Play the Spider-Man theme song and have the children walk around the pictures. When the music stops, tell the children to stand on a picture. Draw a number from the bowl and the child standing on that number wins a small prize.
