Things You'll Need
Instructions
Cut the PVC pipe. You will need 14 pieces, 2 ft. long and 16 pieces 1 ft. long. Use the saw or pipe cutter to make these sizes, then sand the edges to prevent small cuts.
Create the base of the ladder. Lay two 2-ft. pieces on the ground and connect a T connector to each pipe on the side closest to you. Slide a 1-ft. pipe into the front of each T connector. On the end closest to you of each 1-ft pipe, attach an L connector. Place a 2-ft. pipe between the two 1-ft. pipes and slide into the L connectors. Attach L connectors to the other end of the pipes and slide in another 2-ft. pipe. You should have a rectangle of PVC pipe on the ground, with two open connections in the middle. This is your base for the ladder.
Create the first rung. Insert a 1-ft. pipe in each of the open connections of the base, so the pipes are adjacent to the ground. Connect a T connector to each standing pipe. Place a 2-ft. pipe into the T connectors, parallel to the ground. This is the first rung of the ladder.
Create the second rung. Insert a 1-ft. pipe in each of the open connections from the first rung. Connect a T connector to the top of each pipe. Place a 2-ft. pipe into the T connectors, parallel to the ground. This is the second rung of the ladder.
Create the third rung. Insert a 1-ft pipe in each of the open connections from the second rung. Connect an L connector to the top of each pipe. Place a 2-ft. pipe into the T connectors, parallel to the ground. This is the third rung of the ladder.
Make the bolos. Paint six of them in one color and the other six in a different color. When the paint is dry, drill a hole through the center of each ball, just wide enough for the nylon rope to pass through. Push a piece of rope through the holes in two golf balls of the same color and push each ball to one end of the rope. Tie a knot at each end of the ball. Make two more of this color and three of the other color.
