Things You'll Need
Instructions
Draw a 4-inch circle on a piece of paper. Draw a 1 1/2- inch circle in the center of it, creating a "doughnut."
Cut the center circle out of the drawing, then set aside. Fold the remaining paper "doughnut" in half and cut on the fold to create two "rainbow" pieces. The rainbows and the small center circle are your Pokeball templates.
Trace one rainbow onto the red felt. Trace the other onto the white felt. Cut out both pieces.
Trace the small center circle onto white felt and cut it out. This is the Pokeball center button for your hat.
Apply fabric glue to one side of the white piece. Attach it above the bill of the cap as the bottom portion of the Pokeball. It will be an upside-down "rainbow."
Apply fabric glue to one side of the red piece. Attach it to the cap above the white piece, leaving 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch above the ends of the white upside-down "rainbow." This creates a narrow stripe on the Pokeball.
Apply fabric glue to the small white circle. Attach it to the cap in the center of the design. There should be a small amount of black visible around the center circle to outline it.
Allow glue to dry according to its brand-specific instructions. The Pokeball cap is complete.
