How to Steal From the Tea Shop in RuneScape

Ye Olde Tea Shoppe is located in the "RuneScape" city of Varrock. It is the only tea cart in "RuneScape" and offers experience to players with a lower level of thieving. Thieving is a members-only skill, so free-to-play players cannot steal from the tea shop. Stealing from the tea shop is a safe activity, as the only non-playable character that will catch you is the Tea Seller. If he catches you, he will only yell at you and you will not get a cup of tea or any experience.

Instructions

  Travel to Ye Olde Tea Shoppe. It is located just south of the eastern entrance into Varrock.

  Place your character on the opposite side of the tea shop from the owner. If there is something between you and the owner, he will not catch you as often.

  Left-click on the tea shop to steal from it. You may also right-click on the shop and select "Steal-from Tea Stall" from the menu. A successful steal will result in 16 experience and a cup of tea will appear in your inventory. If you are unsuccessful, the shop owner will yell at you and no tea will appear in your inventory.

  Wait for the stall to regenerate tea. The average time for tea to re-appear is 2.5 seconds, but is affected by the number of people thieving from the stall and other factors. Click on the shop again to attempt to steal another cup of tea.
