Sudoku
Sudoku is a logic puzzle. The paper is divided into a 9 x 9 grid made up of 3 x 3 sub grids. The grids have random numbers throughout. The numbers used are one through nine. The object of the game is to place the numbers one through nine in a column, a row and a sub group, using the number only once in each of the areas until the whole grid is complete. Use a pencil for the game because you will be sure to do a lot of erasing.
Uno
Uno is a fast-paced card game that is played with up to ten people. There is a set of 108 cards. Players are dealt seven cards each. The rest of the cards are placed in a pile in the center of the table. Take the top card from the pile and turn it over, placing it next to the pile. The first player lays down a card that is the same color or number. If the player can't play a card from his hand, he draws from the stack of cards.
Rummikub
Rummikub is a tile game using numbers. The game is for one to four players. Players select 14 tiles and place them on their racks. The rest of the tiles lay face down in the center of the table. Organize your tiles into groups, which is a set of three or four tiles that are the same number, but different colors. A run is a set of three or more tiles that are the same color and go in numerical order. Players take turns laying down tiles. To lay down your first tiles, they must have a total value of 30. After you initially lay down your tiles, you may add a tile to another run that is already on the table. You may also take other tiles that are already on the table to add to your group you lay down. If you have a joker, it can be played as any number you need. The object of the game is to be the first player to get rid of all your tiles.
