How do you play the card game Egyptian war?

Egyptian War, also known as War, is a simple card game that doesn't have any specific Egyptian elements to it. Here's how to play:

Materials:

* A standard deck of 52 cards.

Players:

* 2 or more players.

Setup:

1. Shuffle the deck of cards thoroughly.

2. Deal all the cards out to the players, with each player receiving an equal number of cards.

3. Players keep their cards face down in a pile in front of them.

Gameplay:

1. Simultaneously, each player flips over the top card of their pile and places it face-up in the center of the table.

2. The player with the highest card wins the round. This means they collect all the cards that were played in that round.

3. If there is a tie (for example, two players both played a King), then those players are in "War".

4. In "War", each tied player secretly places three cards face down in front of them.

5. Then, each player flips their fourth card face up. The player with the highest of these face-up cards wins the war and takes all the cards played in the round (including the face-down cards).

6. If there is another tie in "War", the process of laying down face-down cards and then face-up cards continues until there is a winner.

7. The game continues until one player has won all the cards.

Variations:

* "Sudden Death" War: If there is a tie in "War", the tied players flip over their next card without laying down face-down cards.

* "Double War": If there is a tie in "War", the tied players lay down two face-down cards and one face-up card.

Winning:

The player who collects all the cards wins the game.

Tips:

* Keep track of what cards have been played to try and anticipate your opponents' cards.

* Try to think strategically about which cards to play in "War" to maximize your chances of winning.
