Walkthrough for How to Find the Special Egg in Banjo-Tooie

In "Banjo-Tooie," a plump, purple hen named Heggy offers to hatch any eggs you find on your travels. Three secret eggs are hidden: two of them on Spiral Mountain and one in Heggy's hut. When Heggy hatches the pink egg you learn the Breegull Bash ability; when she hatches the blue egg you are rewarded with a cheat for Homing Eggs. Your feathered companion can hatch the yellow egg herself, and when she does, you unlock a new character to use in multiplayer mode.

Instructions

- 1
  Go to the Spiral Mountain area. Find three tree stumps in front of a cliff. Look up at the top of the cliff to see a blocked-off room. Shoot Kazooie's Grenade Eggs at the fence to open the room.

  Climb to the top of Spiral Mountain. Stand on the flight pad and jump to take flight. Fly north until you see an open cave. Land in the cave.

  Look for a BK game pak while walking around the cave. Break the game pak open and pick up the pink egg.

  Return to the top of Spiral Mountain. Use the flight pad to fly to the waterfall. Follow the waterfall to find a cave.

  Enter the cave and land in the water. Swim forward to reach a ledge. Jump to the ledge and use Grip Grab to climb up.

  Enter the tunnel and destroy the BK game pak to get the blue egg. Exit the tunnel and go to the Wooded Hollow area.

  Enter Heggy's Egg Shed. Give her the pink egg to receive the Breegull Bash move. Give her the blue egg to get the Homing Eggs cheat code.

  Jump on the boulder in the Egg Hut and use Bill Drill to break it and find a split-up pad. Use the split-up pad and, as Kazooie, go up the ramp to find a yellow egg. Stand on it and use Hatch to break it open. You get Jinjo as a multiplayer character.
