GBA Cheats for Pokemon: Ruby Version

Nintendo released the video game "Pokemon: Ruby Version" exclusively for the portable Game Boy Advance gaming system in March of 2003. Rated suitable for gamers of all ages, "Ruby Version" was developed by Game Freak. Based on the "Pokemon" Japanese animated television show and card game, "Ruby Version" challenges players to find different fictional animals and use them to advance in the game. Players can take advantage of cheats to unlock new items throughout the game.

Levels and Battles
- Players unlock special items once they reach maximum levels in specific categories while playing as their lead Pokemon creature in "Pokemon: Ruby Version." Once specific amounts of battles are won, players also unlock new items. To unlock the blue scarf, players must achieve maximum beauty, while achieving maximum intelligence unlocks the green scarf. To unlock the pink scarf, players must obtain maximum cuteness with their main character. Once players reach the maximum level of coolness, they unlock the red scarf. Players who get to the highest level of toughness unlock the yellow scarf. Players unlock a silver trophy by winning 50 consecutive Battle Tower fights and a gold trophy by winning 100 of them.
Codes
- "Pokemon: Ruby Version" players are able to unlock hidden items by entering special codes while talking to the Berry Master's wife. To unlock the Belue Berry, players must enter "SUPER HUSTLE." Once players enter "COOL LATIOS," they unlock the Durin Berry. Players get the Pamtre Berry by entering "CHALLENGE CONTEST" and the Spelon Berry by typing in "GREAT BATTLE." To unlock the Mystery Event, players must say "MYSTERY EVENT IS EXCITING" to the man standing at the Petalburg Pokemon Center.
Tasks
- Once players complete certain tasks in the "Pokemon: Ruby Version," special items are unlocked. To unlock the Fire Stone, players must deliver a red shard to the shard hunter character. Players get the Leaf Shard by giving the green shard to the shard hunter. The Copper Training Card is unlocked by players who locate every Pokemon creature in the game. To get the Gold Trainer Card, players must win 50 straight battles against Battle Tower Opponents that have reached Level 50 or Level 100. Players who obtain biographical information about every Pokemon creature in the game and then meet with the game designer are able to unlock the National Pokedex Diploma.
