How to Use the Converter For No$GBA to VBA

No$GBA to VBA, an independently-developed program, converts No$GBA saved-game files to a format that's compatible with VisualBoyAdvance. This is necessary because No$GBA adds a header to its ."sav" save files that makes them incompatible with all other Game Boy emulators, meaning you can't share your saved files with anyone who doesn't have No$GBA.

  Open the converter. Click the "Configure" button and select "Browse To No$GNA.Ini." Navigate to your No$GBA directory using the navigation tree to the left, and press "Save Config." The converter can now edit the configuration file for No$GBA.

  Click the save file you want to convert from the Original .SAV File menu. Type a name for the save file in the dialog box and then press "Convert File." This will convert the file to a format compatible with VisualBoyAdvance.

  Click the Windows orb and "Computer." Navigate to your No$GBA directory and drag the new save game file into another directory. Right-click the file and rename it so that it has the exact same name as the original.
