How to Get Dustox in Sapphire

Dustox is a dual-type Pokemon belonging to the Bug and Poison types, introduced in the "Pokemon Ruby and Sapphire" pair of Pokemon games. Although you can't catch Dustox directly, you can get it by obtaining and evolving Cascoon.

Instructions

    • 1

      Travel to the Petalburg Woods location.

      Run around in the tall grass until you encounter a Cascoon. You have a 10-percent chance of encountering one, so depending on your luck, this may take an hour or more.

      Fight the Cascoon until it is weakened and catch it in a Pokeball.

    • 4

      Fight other Pokemon with your newly obtained Cascoon to gain experience and increase its level. Once the Cascoon reaches level 10, it will evolve into Dustox.
