How to Get to the Jagged Pass in Mount Pyre in Pokemon

In "Pokemon Emerald" and its counterparts "Pokemon Ruby" and "Pokemon Sapphire," as you descend Mt. Chimney into Lavaridge Town, you will notice the Jagged Pass off to the side. Aptly named, the Jagged Pass is full of rocks that block the path, leaving you no discernible way to enter the area. You need to use the Jagged Pass, however, to fight trainers and make your way to the Team Magma hideout. One of Rydel's bikes will enable you to get to Jagged Pass.

  Go to Mauville City, which is where you got the third badge -- the Dynamo Badge. Access Mauville City via routes 111, 110, 117 and 118. Quick-travel there, if you have a Pokemon that can use Fly, just

  Enter the Bike Shop, Rydel's Cycles, which is adjacent to the Pokemon Center. Speak with Rydel and get the Acro Bike from him.

  Return to Lavaridge Town. Get on your Acro Bike and exit the town through the north passage. Use the Acro Bike to jump over the rocks that block your passage. Press the B button to jump over obstacles.
