* Give everyone money: Each player starts with $5,000.
* Place the dice: Put the two dice in the center of the board.
2. Playing the Game:
* Take turns: Players take turns rolling the dice and moving their tokens around the board.
* Follow the spaces: As you land on different spaces, you'll do different things:
* Properties: If you land on a property that's not owned, you can buy it! Pay the price shown on the space and put the property card on your stack.
* Rent: If you land on a property someone else owns, pay them the rent shown on the property card.
* Chance: Draw a Chance card and follow the instructions. Some cards give you money, while others might make you pay or move around the board.
* Go to Jail: If you land on this space, you go directly to jail. You can't collect $200 for passing Go!
* Bankruptcy: If you run out of money, you're bankrupt! You're out of the game, but you can still play if someone wants to lend you money.
* Winning: The first player to collect $10,000 wins the game!
3. Important Tips:
* Pay close attention: It's important to pay attention to what happens on your turns and on the turns of other players.
* Don't be afraid to negotiate: You can try to trade properties with other players.
