How to Use Cheats for Final Fantsay Tactics With Visual Boy & Gameshark

If you are playing "Final Fantasy Tactics" on the Visual Boy Advance and find that the game is a little too challenging, you can use cheat codes. Entering cheat codes into the VBA is easy and can be done faster than it takes to slay most monsters. To enter GameShark cheat codes for the VBA, there is a straightforward procedure you must follow.

  Open Visual Boy Advance and start "Final Fantasy Tactics."

  Scroll up to the top part of the screen and click on the "Cheats" button to open the "Cheats" menu. Click the "Automatic save/load" option. This enables VBA to save the cheats you entered.

  Return to the "Cheats" menu and click on the "Cheats List" option. Click on the "Add GameShark" button. Enter the name (description) of your cheat and the cheat itself; press the "OK" button. For your cheats to be activated, you must enter the "Master Code" cheat for "Final Fantasy Tactics" first.

  Inspect the codes you entered to see whether they are enabled. Check the box to the left of the codes to enable them. Enabled codes will also have an "E" to the left of their description. Once codes are entered and enabled, you can begin using them.
