Power-Up Cheats
There are several cheat codes that influence the power-ups in "Twisted Metal 4" levels. To make all the power-ups remote bombs, enter Up, Right, Down, L1 and Triangle. To make all the power-ups napalm, enter Right, Left, R1, Right and Circle. To make all the power-ups homing missiles, enter Down, Down, Circle, L1 and Left. To make all the power-ups power missiles, enter Down, Down, Circle, L1 and Left. To remove the health and weapon power-ups, enter Circle, Start, Left, L1 and Start.
CPU Car Cheats
Three cheat codes influence the behavior of CPU cars. To make the CPU cars ignore each other, enter Right, Triangle, Right, Triangle and L1. To make the CPU cars ignore health pick-ups, enter L1, Left, Right, Circle and Right. To make the CPU cars only target Player 1, enter Right, Triangle, Right, Triangle and L1.
Weapon Codes
Several cheat codes alter the game's weapons. To increase the range of your weapons, enter R1, L1, Down, Start and Down. To increase the power of special weapons, enter Up, Start, Circle, R1 and Left. For unlimited special weapons, enter Triangle, L1, Down, Triangle and Up. For unlimited ammo, enter: L1, R1, Up, Square and Circle.
God Mode
To activate God Mode, enter Down, Left, L1, Left and Right. This code makes you invincible to enemy attacks, but if you exit the gameplay arena and go out of bounds, you can still die. A useful application for this mode is to use the code and then detonate a nuke underneath your car, as this allows you to "fly."
