Different-Colored Outfits

• To put an outfit of a different color on your character, use one of the other action buttons on your controller when you select the character.

Button Edit Menu

• To open the button editing menu, hold the select button after you have picked your characters but before the "Vs." screen appears. The menu should appear before the fight starts.

Reach M. Bison Without Fighting Anyone Else

• Begin Arcade Mode and select your character. Once your fight against the computer starts, press "Start" on the second controller to bring in the second player. Make the second player select the opponent you were originally fighting and then defeat him. Repeat this process until you fight M. Bison, the final boss. This can be considered an easier method, since you can simply have the second player not fight you.

Character Profiles

• When you start the game, wait for the first profile to appear and press the "L" and "R" buttons on the second controller. You can now look through the different character profiles.

Use Up to 8 of the Same Fighter in Group Battle (Super Nintendo)

• Enter Group Battle mode and, using the second controller, alternately tap the "L" and "R" buttons until you see Vega laugh. You can now choose up to eight instances of the same fighter in the Group Battle modes.

Use Up to 8 of the Same Fighter in Group Battle (Genesis)

• Enter Group Battle mode, and enter the code "A," "B," "A," "B," "A," "B," "B," "A." You can now choose up to eight instances of the same fighter in the Group Battle modes.
