How Do You Activate Infinite HP With the Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker Action Replay Code?

"Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker" for the Nintendo DS takes you through a challenging world of monsters that you must fight and gain control of so you can become a world famous monster scout. Using Action Replay codes that give you infinite HP can offer temporary help to get you through especially tough battles, or you can use them full time to give yourself a bit of a boost throughout the game. Because the infinite HP codes do not appear on the the pre-programmed list the Action Replay cartridge provides, you have to input and activate the cheats manually.

Instructions

  Insert the Action Replay cartridge and choose the "Code Select" option on the home screen.

  Select "Add New Game" and use the on-screen keyboard that appears to enter the name of the game. Press the "Next" button.

  Enter the "Game Identifier" on the following page. For "Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker," this is "AJRE-5EEB7B5B" (without quotes). Press the "Next" button when you're done entering the game ID.

  Select "Add New Code" from the menu that appears. Enter a simple name for the code, such as "Infinite HP." Press "Next" when you're done.

  Enter the code on the following screen. "Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker" has three codes providing infinite HP.

  You do not have to enter spaces or make new lines. The Action Replay will parse this information automatically.

  Tap the check box next to the code to activate it. With the DS still on, remove the Action Replay cartridge and insert the "Dragon Quest Monsters: Joker" cartridge. Press the "Start" button on the screen to play the game.
