How to Catch Celibi on SoulSilver

The adventure RPG "Pokemon SoulSilver Edition," released for the Nintendo DS in 2010, features hundreds of Pokemon that players can capture on their quest throughout the Johto region. However, some Pokemon, such as the psychic-powered Celebi, were offered as prizes for one-time-only Nintendo events, or as a special pre-order incentive. However, it is still possible to catch Celebi in "SoulSilver" using an Action Replay DS and a couple of cheat codes.

Instructions

  Insert the "SoulSilver" game disc into your Action Replay cartridge, then insert the Action Replay cartridge into the DS game slot and turn it on.

  Double-tap "Codes" with your DS stylus on the bottom screen. The screen will say "Unknown Game Inserted." Tap OK to manually enter your code.

  Tap "Game Name" and type in "Pokemon SoulSilver."

  Tap "Game ID" and type "IPGF-E1041645" in the provided space.

  Tap "Code Name" and type "Celebi" in the provided space.

  Type "Code" and a reduced keyboard will pop up. Enter the specialized Action Replay code for Celebi: "52247dac 582000c0 12247daa 00004801 02247dac e0021c39 02247db0 000000fb d2000000 00000000" in the provided space. This will automatically fill up several lines of code.

  Double-tap "Continue," then "Yes." Now press "Start" to begin a game of "Pokemon SoulSilver." Check your Pokedex. You will now have Celebi.
