How to Get More Toys on Nintendogs

"Nintendogs" for the Nintendo DS allows you to adopt puppies and take care of them in exchange for money and points. You can purchase toys in the in-game store to make the puppies happier, but you need to take care of the puppies and make them happy to earn enough money to buy the toys. You can purchase nine toys, each of which has a different cost.

  Adopt at least two dogs at once. While it can be difficult to take care of multiple dogs, it will give you more money than taking care of one dog.

  Interact with your dogs frequently. Take them for walks, train them and enter them in competitions. If your dogs win any competitions, you will earn hundreds of dollars as a reward.

  Tap the "Store" icon to enter the in-game store.

  Purchase any of the nine toys available: the balloon, the bubble flower, the pull rope, the jump rope, the windup toy, the talking bird, a Mario Kart, an RC helicopter and a Combat Copter. These toys vary in price, ranging from 10 cents to $300.
