The ground-type Pokemon known as "Phanpy" almost looks too cute for trainers to consider it dangerous in battle. With its tiny blue body, floppy ears and short, stubby trunk, Phanpy resembles a baby elephant. One benefit of Phanpy, however, is its Pickup ability. Pickup gives Phanpy a small chance of finding a rare item after battles. You cannot catch a Phanpy in "Pokemon: SoulSilver Version," so if you want one on your team, you must transfer it from "Pokemon: Diamond," "Pokemon: HeartGold," "Pokemon: Pearl," or "Pokemon: Platinum."
