Released in 2010, "Pokemon Ranger: Guardian Signs" is the third installment in the Pokemon Ranger series. Like the previous games, you capture Pokemon using the Capture Styler and drawing circles around them, but "Guardian Signs" includes a new feature that allows you to call in your own Pokemon to assist you with the capturing. Of course, there's more to capturing than just drawing circles and calling on your own Pokemon. You also have to find these creatures all over Dolce Island. Quagsire needs to be captured for the Ranger Contest quest, but it's a little tricky to find.

Beat the game once in order to gain access to Quest 14, the Ranger Contest.

Speak to Murph in Tilt Village so he can offer the contest to you.

Travel to the Old Mansion, northeast of Tilt Village.

Go east of the mansion until you come upon a pond with a small island in the middle of it.

Summon Suicune to get across the water and you will find Quagsire on the small island.
