"Pokemon" is the popular series of role-playing games produced by Nintendo for its handheld systems. Players travel the world fighting and capturing monsters known as Pokemon. In addition to capturing Pokemon, players can breed them to create eggs that later hatch. Each egg has a 1-in-8,192 chance of hatching into a Shiny Pokemon, a special Pokemon with a different color and sound effect. You can improve these odds dramatically using the Masuda Method.
