How to Get Electrivire in Pearl

Electrivire is a thunderbolt-type Pokemon found in the "Pearl" and "Diamond" editions of the popular Pokemon video game. The Electrivire is the ultimate evolution of the more common Elekid. The Elekid evolves into an Electabuzz at level 30, but Electabuzz will not evolve into Electrivire based on experience; you must take certain actions for it to transform.

     Acquire an electrizer item. The electrizer item can be found with wild Elekids in the Valley Windworks region. The item is rare, so it could take multiple attempts to find one.

     Equip Electrabuzz with the electrizer item.

     Trade the electrizer-equipped Electrabuzz. After the trade, the Electrabuzz will become Electrivire.
