How to Get Different Merits in Scribblenauts

"Scribblenauts," released for the Nintendo DS in 2009, allows players to create any object they want by using the main character Maxwell's magic notebook. In addition to the objectives required to complete each stage, there are also 76 merits available in the game. Merits are earned when a special item is created in each stage. For example, creating two buildings in a single level earns you the "Architect" merit. The requirements for each merit are hidden and can be viewed in the "Options" menu once achieved.

     Select any level in the game. Merits can be earned on any stage.

     Create different items to satisfy the merit requirements. For example, creating a house and a farm in one level awards you the "Architect" merit, while creating two or more musical instruments awards you the "Audiophile" merit.

     Complete the current level's objectives. Merits are not saved until the level is completed.

     View all discovered Merits by selecting "Options" from the main menu followed by "Merits."
