How to Unscramble Pokemon Talk in SoulSilver

In "Pokemon SoulSilver," there is a hieroglyphic-type alphabet found in the Ruins of Alph. You can unscramble the language by capturing the Pokemon Unown. Unown is a Psychic-type Pokemon and has 28 different forms. To completely unscramble the messages in "Pokemon SoulSilver," you will need to capture all 28 forms. Each form represents one letter of the alphabet, with two of the forms representing punctuation marks. All 28 Unown forms are found in the Ruins of Alph.

Instructions

  Travel to the Ruins of Alph and enter the upper-right chamber. Use an "Escape Rope" item to unlock some of the Unown.

  Travel to the lower-right chamber and use the battle move "Flash." This will unlock even more Unown.

  Place Ho-Oh in your party and travel to the upper-left chamber to unlock more Unown. To unlock the rest of the 28 Unown, travel to the lower-left chamber with a "Water Stone" in your bag.

  Capture all 28 Unown. Once you have caught all of them, you will be able to read any message in the game.
