How to Catch Togipi in Pokemon Diamond

"Pokemon Diamond" is a role-playing game in which players can catch small monsters known as "Pokemon" to add to their collection. One of the Pokemon available in this game, Togepi, cannot be found in an initial play through the game. Once you obtain the PokeRadar (when you become the region's champion), you can obtain Togepi.

  Travel to Route 230, east of the fight area and west of Route 229.

  Walk into the tall grass in Route 230 and use the PokeRadar. You will notice some sections of grass shaking. Walk toward the shaking grass to begin a wild Pokemon encounter. There is a 22-percent chance this wild Pokemon will be a Togepi, so you may need to repeat this step until you encounter one.

  Use the attacks of one of your Pokemon to weaken the Togepi when you fight it, but do not kill it. Once it is weak enough, throw a Pokeball at the Togepi to capture it. If the Togepi refuses to be captured, try weakening it more or putting it to sleep.
