How to Evolve Gible in Pokemon

Gible is a small, round dragon- and ground-type Pokemon that has extremely high attack statistics and can learn powerful moves such as Take Down, Dragon Claw and Dragon Rush. Gible's special ability, "Sand Veil," makes it immune to the damaging effects of a sandstorm every turn and raises its evasion by one level. Gible evolves into Gabite, another dragon- and ground-type Pokemon, at level 24.

Instructions

  Encounter a wild Gible. If you are playing "Pokemon Diamond" or "Pokemon Pearl," you can find Gible on the basement floor of Wayward Cave, located below Cycling Road. If you are playing "Pokemon HeartGold" or "Pokemon SoulSilver," you can catch a Gible in the Safari Zone.

  Battle Gible and lower its hit points into the critical red zone. Throw a Poke Ball at it to catch it. If it breaks free, continue throwing Poke Balls until it is captured.

  Press "Start," select "Pokemon" and place Gible at the front of your Pokemon party.

  Battle trainers and wild Pokemon with Gible to gain experience and levels. Once Gible reaches level 24, it will evolve into Gabite.
