How to Play Dragon's Lair on DSi

The DSi shop, available on the Nintendo DSi, allows you to download and play games on your Nintendo DSi. One such game is "Dragon's Lair," a port of the 1983 arcade classic of the same name. You must press the button indicated on screen to advance your character, Dirk the Daring, to the next room of the castle.To play "Dragon's Lair" on your DSi, you must purchase it from the Nintendo DSi shop.

  Tap the "Nintendo DSi Shop" icon on the main menu of the Nintendo DSi.

  Tap "Find Titles" followed by "Search by Software Title."

  Type "Dragon's Lair" and tap "OK."

  Tap "Dragon's Lair." Tap "Download" to purchase and download the game. As of May 2011, "Dragon's Lair" costs 800 DSi Points to download.

  Tap the "Dragon's Lair" icon on your DSi's main menu to start the game.

  Select an option from the main menu. "Play Game" will begin the game. "High Scores" will display a list of your high scores. "Options" will allow you to configure the game's options to your liking, while "Help" displays a list of in-game commands.

  Press the button displayed on screen to perform that action. For example, if an axe is headed towards Dirk the Daring, a down arrow is displayed on the screen. Pressing Down on the directional pad makes Dirk duck under the axe. Pressing the button too late results in a life being lost and you must repeat the challenge.
