How to Get Farfetch'd Back to a Trainer in Soul Silver

"Pokemon SoulSilver" is the updated version to the "Pokemon Silver" video game. The journey in the game takes you to many locations in Johto, one of them being Ilex Forest. It is here where you encounter a trainer who has lost his Farfetch'd Pokemon. To proceed through this area, you must complete his mission by successfully capturing, then returning, the two Farfetch'ds lost within the wildfires of Ilex Forest.

Instructions

First Farfetch'd
- 1
  Chase the Farfetch'd until it runs to the bottom left corner of the map where there is a rock.

  Step on the twigs at the bottom to make the Farfetch'd look toward that direction.

  Walk to the right and around the right path. Avoid any twigs you see along the way.

  Enter the opposite side of the clearing to be behind the Farfetch'd. Approach the Pokemon from behind and press A to capture it.

  Go back to the entrance of Ilex Forest and speak to the trainer to turn in the first Farfetch'd.
Second Farfetch'd
- 6
  Head further to the back of the forest, then follow the left path to enter from the right of the second Farfetch'd.

  Press the A button on the Farfetch'd to make it run to the top-right corner.

  Head down and go to the path on the right. Step on the first set of twigs to the right of the Farfetch'd to make it look in that direction.

  Go north and avoid stepping on the northern twigs. Then walk toward the Farfetch'd and press A to capture it.
- 10
  Return to the entrance of Ilex Forest and speak to the trainer.
