How to Evolve an Eevee Into All Forms

In the world of Pokemon games, few other Pokemon are as versatile as the long-eared, bushy-tailed Eevee. Eevee has the ability to evolve into seven other forms, whereas most Pokemon only have one or two forms. Each of Eevee's forms is a different type, such as water, fire, psychic or dark. This adaptability allows players with an Eevee to mold him into the ideal fighter for their tactics and playing style. In many cases, evolving Eevee is very straightforward.

Instructions

  Evolve Eevee into the electric-type, Jolteon, by giving him a Thunder Stone. Thunder Stones are typically purchased at the in-game department store. Eevee only evolves into Jolteon in the "FireRed," "LeafGreen," "HeartGold," "SoulSilver," "Diamond," "Pearl" and "Platinum" games.

  Transform Eevee into the water-type, Vaporeon, by handing him a Water Stone. Like the Thunder Stone, Water Stones are purchased in the department store. Vaporeon is available in the same games as Jolteon.

  Evolve Eevee into the fire-type, Flareon, by giving him a Fire Stone. Fire Stones are also available for purchase in shops. Evolving Eevee into Flareon is possible in every game but "Ruby," "Sapphire" and "Platinum."

  Change Eevee into Espeon, a psychic-type, or Umbreon, a dark-type, by making him happy during the day or night, respectively. Eevee is happy when you use him in battles, give him any kind of item or give him a haircut. Espeon and Umbreon are available in "Diamond," "Pearl," "Platinum," "SoulSIlver" and " HeartGold."

  Change Eevee into Leafon, a grass-type, by going to the Moss Rock area within Eterna Forest. Once there, Eevee evolves when you fight a wild Pokemon and level up. This is only possible in the "Diamond," "Pearl" and "Platinum" games.

  Transform Eevee into the ice-type Pokemon, Glaceon, by heading to the Ice Rock on Route 217. When you reach the area, partake in a battle to level up Eevee, who automatically becomes Glaceon. Like Leafon, Glaceon is only available in "Pearl," "Platinum" and "Diamond."
