How to Find Lugia in Pokemon Platinum

Lugia is a legendary Psychic and Flying-type Pokemon introduced in the second generation Gold, Silver and Crystal games. It is the mascot of Pokemon Silver, Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness and Pokemon SoulSilver, and the counterpart to Ho-oh. In battle, Lugia is a very sturdy wall, able to take hits from super-effective attacks with relative ease due to its high HP, Defense and Special Defense stats. Lugia's signature move is "Aeroblast," a special-based Flying-type attack with a base power of 100 and a high critical-hit ratio. Pokemon Platinum players can find Lugia in the Pal Park after transferring it from a Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, FireRed or LeafGreen game.
