How to Get Pichu After the Wonder Card

Pichu is an Electric-type baby Pokemon and the pre-evolved form of Pikachu. In the spring of 2010, Nintendo released a Wonder Card for a "shiny" version of Pichu, called the "Pikachu-colored Pichu," for players to download to their "Diamond," "Pearl" or "Platinum" games. The Pichu came with a Classic Ribbon and knew the attacks Charge, Volt Tackle, Endure and Endeavor. If sent to a "HeartGold" or "SoulSilver" game, this Pichu grants access to the "Spiky-eared Pichu" in Ilex Forest.

Instructions

  Select the "Mystery Gift" option at the menu screen to make sure you have a Wonder Card for Pichu. If the Wonder Card is not registered, use the Mystery Gift option to receive the card from a friend.

  Enter a Pokemon Center, and access the Pokemon Storage System.

  Move or deposit Pokemon to ensure you have at least one free slot in your party.

  Enter a Poke Mart, and look for a man in a green uniform. If the man is absent, reset the game and enter the Poke Mart again.

  Speak with the man to obtain Pichu.
