Instructions
Turn on your Nintendo Wii console.
Insert the disc with the shiny blank side facing the "Power" button. If you insert the disc backward, the console is unable to read the disc and may spit it back out.
Repair any serious chips on the disc. If there are any missing pieces, especially along the outside of the disc, the system automatically spits the disc back out. You may take the disc to a local computer repair shop to repair any scratches or cracks on the disc. However, you may have to purchase a new disc altogether.
Contact Nintendo's customer service team. If your system is malfunctioning and still under warranty, Nintendo will fix the console for you for free.
