How to Break Out of the Torture Chair in Call of Duty: Black Ops for the Wii

At the main menu of "Call of Duty: Black Ops," Alex Mason awakens to find himself strapped to a chair in a torture room. You start a new game, load a save file or change options from the "Black Ops" main menu, but this torture chamber also holds a surprising secret. With a bit of help, Alex breaks out of the chair and can walk freely around the room. Once you free Alex, direct him to the computer terminal to enter one of several cheat codes.

Instructions

  Insert "Call of Duty: Black Ops" into the Nintendo Wii console. Press "A" to load the game and go to the main menu.

  Press down on the analog stick when the main menu appears. You see Alex Mason's wrists strapped to a chair.

  Tap "ZL" and "ZR" together repeatedly if you are using a Wii Classic Controller. The straps break and Alex is free. Alternatively, shake the Wii Remote and Nunchuk to break the straps.

  Turn around and walk behind the chair. Approach the computer terminal and press "A." A flashing cursor appears on the screen.

  Enter a cheat code. For example, the code "3ARC UNLOCK" unlocks every mission. "ZORK" unlocks a hidden minigame.
