How to Get the Snowman Vanity in City Folk

"Animal Crossing: City Folk" is a social adventure game for the Nintendo Wii that uses a real-time clock to determine events and environments. Players can purchase and collect various decorative items to place in their in-game homes. Certain items can only be acquired on specific dates or at specific times of the day. The Snowman Collection set includes a vanity that can only be earned during the month of December when the ground is covered with snow.

Instructions

  Play "Animal Crossing: City Folk" during the month of December between the hours of 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

  Walk around your village until you discover a snowball on the ground.

  Bump into the snowball to make it larger by kicking it through the snow. Kick the snowball until it becomes large enough that your character begins to roll it around.

  Roll the snowball until it becomes roughly as large as the body of your character.

  Find another snowball and roll it to the location of the first snowball you found.

  Roll the second snowball around until it becomes roughly as large as your character's head.

  Roll the smaller snowball into the larger snowball to combine them together and make a snowman. The snowman will come to life and give you a random item from the Snowman Collection.

  Repeat this process every day until you are rewarded with the Snowman Collection vanity.
