How to Get Candy on Animal Crossing

"Animal Crossing: City Folk" is a life stimulation video game for the Nintendo Wii. In this game, you can collect hundreds of furniture, clothing and other items. One of these items is Candy, a boiled sweet wrapped in a blue, green, red or yellow wrapper. You can obtain Candy on four occasions: Halloween, Bunny Day, Grandparent's Day and Festivale. You can give Candy to Jack on Halloween to receive furniture in the Spooky Series or you can exchange the Candy for Pave Series furniture on Festivale.

Wait for Bunny Day, which is a spring event. This event falls on a different day every year, but you will always celebrate it on a Sunday. Look for 30 Easter Eggs around town. Out of the 30 Easter Eggs, only 18 of them will hold Candy.

Play "Animal Crossing: City Folk" on Festivale Day. This event occurs in February or March. Talk to the neighbors wandering around town to play Imaginary Soccer, Rock-Paper-Scissors, Coin Toss or the Psychic/ESP Test. Win each event to earn some Candy.

Go to Tom Nook's Store during October. Every day, Tom Nook will stock up his shop with a few pieces of Candy. To make room to sell Candy, Tom Nook will sell less tools or flowers. The color of the Candy you purchase is random.

Check your mailbox on Grandparent's Day. In "Animal Crossing," you will celebrate Grandparent's Day on the first Sunday after Labor Day. You will receive a piece of Green Candy in the mail, along with a letter.
