Instructions
Ensure that the Wii is home brew ready. Check this by turning on the Wii and looking for a "Homebrew" channel from the main screen.
Download the WiiGator files from Quickjump Gaming Network (dl.qj.net).
Extract the WiiGator files by double-clicking on the .zip file downloaded in the previous step.
Open the extracted "gcbackup0.1" folder. Open the "TGZ" folder. Open the "gcbackup0.1_theta" folder. Within this folder should be the "miospatcher" and "rungcbackup" files.
Insert the SD card into the reader on the computer. Create a folder in the root of the card called "Apps."
Copy the "miospatcher" and "rungcbackup" files into the "Apps" folder.
Insert the SD card into the Wii. Open the "Homebrew" channel on the Wii.
Plug in a GameCube controller. Then, select the "MIOS Patcher" from the menu and press "X." Once the patcher has loaded, press "A" on the controller to start the installation. When the installation is complete, WiiGator is installed.
