How to Change the Theme of USB Loader GX

USB Loader GX is a customizable program for the Nintendo Wii video gaming console that allows players to load backups of their Wii game discs from an external USB hard drive connected to the console. The program, which is loaded onto the Wii from a memory card, has many different features, including being able to change the way the graphical user interface looks. Changing this theme in USB Loader GX is fairly simple and can be done in a manner of minutes.

  Insert the SD memory card containing the USB Loader GX program into your computer.

  Move the theme file you would like to use onto the SD memory card into the "USB-loader/themes" folder. The theme should be placed in its own folder within the themes folder in order to load properly.

  Remove the SD memory card from your computer. Open the front memory card cover on the Nintendo Wii console and insert the SD memory card into the console.

  Load USB Loader GX from the Wii main menu. Press the "Settings" button and select "Theme menu." Select the new theme from the list and press "OK." The new theme will load.
