Power up your Nintendo Wii or 3DS.
Scroll to the Mii section from the main menu.
Select "Male" as the gender of your Mii character.
Go the "Head" section and select the type of head found on the first column, at the third row. Select the facial feature option found on the third column, at the fourth row. Then select the skin color on the first column, at the second row.
Go the "Hair" section and select the type of hair found on the third column, at the fourth row. Then select the hair color on the fourth column, at the second row.
Navigate to the "Eyebrows" section and select the type of eyebrows found on the third column, at the second row. Then select the eyebrow color on the third column, at the second row.
Click four times on the rotate icon to rotate the eyebrows clockwise, and then click four times on the size icon to make the eyebrows smaller. Click nine times on the horizontal icon to the left, and then click eight times on the vertical icon down to make the eyebrows look like Naruto Uzumaki's.
At the "Eyes" section, select the type of eyes found on the third column, at the second row. Select the eye color on the second column, at the second row. Then click twice on the rotate icon, once on the size icon to increase the size of the Mii's eyes, and three times on the vertical icon to bring the eyes down.
Go the "Nose" section and select the type of nose found on the second column, at the third row. Click four times on the size icon to make the nose smaller, and then lower the nose by clicking once on the vertical icon.
Navigate to the "Mouth" section and select the type of mouth found on the third column, at the third row. Make the mouth smaller by clicking three times on the size icon, and click once on the vertical icon to lower the mouth.
Go to the "Glasses" icon and select the type of glasses found on the first column, at the third row. Then select the color of the glasses on the first column, at the second row. Raise the glasses up by clicking eight times on the vertical icon. Then go to the "Mole" section, click the horizontal icon six times to the right, and raise the mole up by clicking 18 times on the vertical icon. The combination of the glasses and mole options will create what looks like a ninja headband for your Naruto Mii.
Navigate and click on the size icon to adjust the size of the Naruto Mii's body height to 24 percent and weight to 69 percent.
Enter "Naruto" at the nickname section, and then enter "October 10th" for Naruto's birthday. Oct. 10 is Naruto Uzumaki's date of birth in the anime series.
