How to Use a Gigaware Wii Charger

You're in the middle of a hot game of tennis, about to win, when your Wii controller runs out of juice. If you have a Wii, you know this is a possibility, as the batteries in your controller need changing often. If you want to avoid it, a charger for your controller is a good investment. The Gigaware Wii Charging Station offered by Radio Shack allows you to charge multiple controllers simultaneously. If you leave the controllers on the charger when they're not in use, you never need lose that ultimate tennis match.

Instructions

      Remove any protective casing from your Wii controller.

      Remove the battery compartment door from the back of the Wii controller, and replace the batteries with the rechargeable ones that came with the charging station.

      Plug one end of the charger's USB cable into the USB port on the Wii console. Plug the other end into the USB port on the charging station.

      Place the controller bottom down in one of the charging station's cradles.

    • 5

      Allow the controller to charge for six hours to get a complete charge.
