Instructions
Start "Wii Fit," and sign into your profile. Go to the "Aerobics" category.
Unlock "Free Run" for play by completing six "Basic Runs," if you do not yet have this mode unlocked.
Scroll down and click on "Free Run." You are asked to input the length of time you want to run for. Select "30 Minutes."
Place the Wii Remote into your pocket vertically, or hold it, then begin jogging. The run ends automatically after 30 minutes passes.
