How to Set Up 30 Minute Free Runs in Wii Fit

"Wii Fit" is a tool for the Nintendo Wii that lets you customize a workout plan, then perform activities such as boxing, yoga or jogging. In the "Aerobics" category, you may choose from several different types of runs. You can jog next to a computer-controlled trainer, or run alongside a friend. If you want to jog alone, you may choose the "Free Run" option. In "Free Run," you are able to run for a chosen amount of time, either 10, 20 or 30 minutes.

      Start "Wii Fit," and sign into your profile. Go to the "Aerobics" category.

      Unlock "Free Run" for play by completing six "Basic Runs," if you do not yet have this mode unlocked.

      Scroll down and click on "Free Run." You are asked to input the length of time you want to run for. Select "30 Minutes."

      Place the Wii Remote into your pocket vertically, or hold it, then begin jogging. The run ends automatically after 30 minutes passes.
